IE 11 Not saving tabs settings

I have a problem with IE 10/11 on multiple computers.
When I launch IE 11 and open couple of tabs, close the window and reopen it, it reopens with the old tabs.

I have done several testing on an issue recently with windows 7 32bit where all 4 major web browsers constantly crash during use. This only happens on windows 7 32bit.
There is no valuable information on the bug reports from Firefox or IE.

Windows Live Mail 2012 won't start? (Tried Repairing and reinstalling)

Annoying pop-up
I am using IE11 and my opening page is Google Canada. Every time I start IE I get a pop-up asking me to install Chrome so I can browse faster. Can I stop this from happening or is it part and parcel of having Google Canada as my opening page? I could easily switch to bing.com if the worse came to worst but I wanted to check whether someone had a solution first.

Changing Default in WinMail

am running Win8.1.1. -64 bit
Having applied the 2 "make Default" Registry keys, when I first installed WM, just wondering if there is a
reversal Process. (I can not locate the 2 Keys in the Registry.
I went into "Setting Default Programs", and changed eml. Program to WLM, but WM is still showing as Default.

Can't send emails thru Windows Live Mail to embarq, centurylink, aol
Recently we have been unable to send emails to addresses ending with embarqmail.com, centurylink.net, and aol.com from Windows Live Mail. Comcast is our isp, and we can send emails from the Comcast email, but not WLM. This is definitely a WLM problem, not a Comcast issue. Have others had this problem, have you solved it?

Windows 7. Lost auto complete and tried every resource I could find to get it back. Finally figured it out.
On internet, hit wrench, internet options, content, auto complete settings. My "forms" was not checked. I checked it and it brought the auto complete back.

Websites do not load in any browser

Web URL's in programs only open browser to the default start page
I don't use IE, I use Opera portable
It was not registered as the default browser which it is now,
Clinking on web links within applications (help & support links for example) opens the browser ok, but only to my start page, not to the intended web page.
